The heads of the foreign ministries noted with satisfaction the fruitful nature of the interstate dialogue, built on the principles of deep strategic partnership.

Having emphasized the key role of contacts at the highest and high levels, the participants agreed that these meetings are the main factor in strengthening bilateral cooperation with a long-term perspective.

The significance of 2025, the International Year of Peace and Trust in the history of the two countries, was noted: this year marks 30 years of the legal status of permanent positive Neutrality of Turkmenistan and 80 years since the Victory in the Great Patriotic War.

In the context of cooperation between the foreign ministries, the diplomats considered the practical implementation of the Cooperation Program between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation for 2025-2026, signed during the official visit of Minister Sergey Lavrov to Ashgabat in June this year.

A common desire to intensify trade and economic cooperation was expressed. The ministers emphasized that the activities of the Intergovernmental Turkmen-Russian Commission on Economic Cooperation, on the platform of which specific plans and projects are being implemented, are an effective mechanism for interstate dialogue of a sustainable and long-term nature.

According to the mutual opinion of the parties, the spheres of science, education, culture and art have become an effective tool for bringing the friendly Turkmen and Russian peoples closer together.

During the meeting, the positive experience of joint activities within the framework of international organizations was noted. The fruitful nature of the Turkmen-Russian partnership at the UN, CIS, Caspian &quot;Five&quot;, and the &quot;Central Asia - Russia&quot; format was emphasized.

On August 25, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Republic of Ireland Yazgeldi Seryaev (with residence in London) paid a working visit to Dublin.

On August 22, the Ambassador of Turkmenistan to the Republic of Korea Begench Durdyev took part in the opening ceremony of the international conference &quot;Global Cooperation Conference on Hydrocarbon Neutrality and Green Development&quot; held in Seoul.

Turkmenistan took part in the opening of the international conference on hydrocarbon neutrality and green development in Seoul

Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Republic of Uzbekistan Shadurdy Meredov held a meeting with the Minister of Health of the country Asilbek Khudayarov on August 22.

The parties discussed key issues of bilateral cooperation, in particular, in the field of healthcare, pharmaceuticals, medical education and exchange of experience between the countries.

The ambassador emphasized that within the framework of the implementation of the State Program &quot;Saglyk&quot; in the city of Arkadag, the creation of a large medical cluster is successfully continuing, which is aimed at conducting scientific work in the field of drug development, as well as the production of various medical products.

In addition, the Turkmen side acquainted with the activities of the enterprise &quot;Arkadag Medisina Klasteri Menejment&quot; and presented various types of daily demanded medical products that meet international quality standards, produced by the enterprise.

Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan discussed cooperation in the field of healthcare

The National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov together with the President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and the President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev took part in a cultural event as part of a trilateral high-level meeting.

The Galkynysh National Equestrian Games Group, created in 2007 on the initiative of Hero Arkadag, performed during the celebration.

Then, as a sign of deep gratitude for participation in the high-level meeting of Turkmenistan, Azerbaijan and Uzbekistan, as well as for supporting the adoption of constructive decisions and the agreements reached following the talks, the distinguished guests were presented with gifts on behalf of the President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov and Hero Arkadag.

President Ilham Aliyev was presented with a beautiful Akhal-Teke horse named &quot;Tavus&quot;, and the head of fraternal Uzbekistan was presented with a camel and a baby camel.

This is a clear example of the continuation in our country of good traditions laid down by wise ancestors throughout history and based on humanistic principles.
